Terms — what you are agreeing to

Version 2026-09-04 · BNS Premier Restoration & Renovation

What this covers

These terms cover the inspection, documentation and estimating BNS does before any work is agreed. The work itself is governed by the written proposal you approve, which lists the scope and price.

What an inspection costs

Unless we told you otherwise in writing, the initial inspection and estimate cost you nothing and commit you to nothing.

Your photos and documentation

Photos, video and measurements of your property are used to scope, price and document the work, and to support an insurance claim if you ask us to help with one. We keep them as part of the project record. We do not publish them or use them in marketing without asking you first.

Insurance claims

If your project involves an insurance claim, BNS can document conditions and provide an estimate in the format carriers expect. BNS is not your insurer and does not decide what your policy covers. Nothing here assigns your claim or your benefits to BNS.

Approving work

No work starts until you approve a written proposal. Changes to approved work are handled as written change orders you also approve. Verbal approvals are not enough — this protects both of us.

Cancelling

You may cancel an appointment at any time by calling or texting us. If you sign an agreement for work at your home, Ohio law gives you three business days to cancel it. The exact notice and the cancellation form come with that agreement, and we will also tell you about it out loud before you sign. We work out your deadline date and print it on the form so you never have to count the days yourself.

Your information

We collect your contact details, property address and project information to do the work and communicate with you. We do not sell it. We share it only with people working on your project — for example a subcontractor or your insurance adjuster — and where the law requires.

Questions

Call BNS at (614) 370-0009 or reply to any message from us. If something in these terms is unclear, ask before you accept — we would rather explain it twice than have you agree to something you did not follow.
