Daily log organization — one day
$90/dayOne workday of supplied photos and notes organized into a dated project record, including progress, delays, and decisions. Up to 45 minutes of organization; field attendance is separate.
Punch list development
$195A prioritized checklist for up to 10 interior zones, developed remotely from your supplied photos, walkthrough video, and notes. Includes one consolidated revision; a site visit is separate.
On-site walkthrough
$295Up to 60 minutes at one property for a visual progress or pre-close review, with a concise priority list. Travel within 25 miles of the servicing BNS location is included; additional travel is quoted before booking.
In-person consultation
$395Up to 90 minutes at one property, preparation, and a written decision summary. Travel within 25 miles of the servicing BNS location is included; additional travel is quoted before booking.
Room-by-room scope

25 miles of local coverage
Site-visit prices include travel within a 25-mile radius of the servicing BNS location. Travel outside that area is quoted for your approval before the visit is booked.

Remote services use the information you supply. Extra properties, additional revisions, missing documentation, and work beyond the included scope are quoted separately before we proceed.
Payment reserves the selected service. A BNS Premier Restoration & Renovation Expert will confirm scheduling and collect the documents, photos, or project details needed to begin. Complete project management is quoted separately because its fee depends on the approved project cost.
